every time we try to apply payments to registrations it just spins with cog icon any ideas

This could happen on older versions of Event Espresso 4. Could you confirm that you are using the latest release?

i just updated to newest verision last night
still same issue could a lower php do it?

just try it again same issue processing at bottom not working theme is advada

i even increased the memory limit to 512M
