We just started using the plug in to sell registrations. We just had a transaction go through – the payment cleared through stripe but the registration still has the status as “Pending Payment” – this is the first time we have seen it not switch over to “Approved”. We have the default status as “approved”. Any ideas why this may have happened and how do we prevent it in the future? |

Hi there, Check your server error logs around the time that transitions was paid, any errors listed? (Note the error doesn’t need to be from Event Espresso itself, it could be others, so look for ANY errors around the time that transaction as paid, say 10 mins either side). |

It appears that the issue is with all events in the “Family Camp” Category. Those are having the issue above and there are two other error messages in the log as well. I think I figured it out. It was an issue with the price modifer on those events. It wouldn’t let me delete the modified but it did let me change it to 0 – now paypal is popping up again. |
