"payment submission keeps giving me a rejection note following completion"

This was the issue reported by a client.

We’re running EE3 latest, with WP 4.6.1 and 2CO payment gateway.

I’ve asked if he was using a local (UAE) credit card and still waiting on an answer.

However, what is likely to create this issue?

Hi Angus,

Do you know if there was an error message/code displayed when the payment was rejected?

Can you link me to an event I can view please?

I’ve not heard anything back from the person concerned, so I have no more information at this time, other than quote.

Unfortunately without any error code there’s no way for us to know what the problem is/was.

Can you reproduce this if you test a payment?

Did the payment go through within 2CO but show as incomplete within EE or was the payment rejected within 2CO?
