Payment Status: Incomplete after Paypal payment

After successfull Paypal payment, when the user returns to the website he gets:
Payment Overview
Amount Paid/Owed: NZ$2.00 Incomplete
Payment Status: Incomplete
Registration ID: 1-532b6c9616b8f

Not good …HELP

Thanks Lorenzo, “Make sure “Receive IPN messages (Enabled)” is enabled” worked.
