I’ve just discovered that none of payment reminder emails I thought I’d been sending have actually gone through. The error message reads: “Message failed to generate for the following reasons: Unable to get the Message Templates for the Message being generated. No message template group accessible.”
I’ve been looking at the default and custom message template lists, and neither has a Payment Reminder message type as far as I can see. I also can’t figure out how to create a new one.
Do you have a recipient in the TO line of the message template? If there is not a recipient in the TO line, it won’t send that message because it doesn’t know who to send it to.
