Payment received email does not the same when it is received as when created

Payment received email does not look the same when it is received as it does in viewing. I am using EE4. The way it looks now is not acceptable.

That’s strange.

The resend email link works for me, but no other links that use the registration id are working.

Are you running any security plugins on the site?

Do you have access to the servers error logs? If so can you check there an see if any errors are being thrown relating to Event Espresso.

It looks like something is interfering with the request and either removing or altering the Reg ID.

I am not using any security plugins
I checked the error logs – no errors
What to do now?

Could I take a look over the registration I made previously to see if I can see any other cause for this?

Hmm, this is strange.

If you install a default theme such as twenty fourteen and then either activate that theme or preview it and run a registration, does the View Payment options link work with that theme?

Yes – when I activated the twenty fourteen theme all my css came through – but not with the Hemingway Theme. And…. now the payment won’t go through without a refresh and the links I reported earlier have disappeared. I again tried to deactivate the plugins – but that didn’t make any difference this time.

It is definitely the Hemingway Theme causing this problem… Is there a way to fix these issues and keep this theme. This is my clients existing site and she is in the middle of a registration process.
