Payment Received Email Blank

Hi there – the emails that are sent automatically when I make a payment against a registration within the admin area (i.e. following bank transfer) are arriving at the registration recipient blank. All the test emails and the previews show fine but when you initiate it arrives blank. Why might this be? What is the fix?

Hi, could you go to WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Messages. Move each messenger to the right box to deactivate them. Then move each of them back to reactivate them.

Hi,

Can you check that the email is in fact blank? In Gmail for example if you click the arrow in the top right of the email and select show original, you will get a plain text version of the email (e.g. http://take.ms/hjLTf) other mail clients should have a similar function.

Could we get a copy of that plain text? (feel free to replace sensitive data with XXXX’s.

Thanks, I looked at this in different formats and it just showed HTML and not the formatted email. I went back in and reset the templates to the default and it now seems to be working again.
