Payment Radio Buttons on Payment Options page are missing

I looked in the payments for both Authorize.net and Paypal. There is an error on the Button URL. Enclosed you will find the error that I receive when I put in the correct Button URL.

An error has occurred:
Payment method of type Paypal Standard was not saved because there were validation errors. They have been marked in the form
Payments_Admin_Page – _update_payment_method – 767

Hi,

That error is usually shown when the URL for the PayPal logo image (the image for the payment button) is incorrect.

Can you double check that the image URL in the PayPal settings is valid and works, has no whitespaces before or after.

The default URL for the image should be:

http://beardedeagle.com/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/payment_methods/Paypal_Standard/lib/paypal-logo.png

I check that default url. It is not what you suggested it should be. However, when I change the url, it give payment method error.

This is occurring for paypal and authorize.net

Hi, could you try adding a www to the URL like this via the image URL settings for each payment method:

http://example.com –> http://www.example.com

Next, is your software up to date?

Same error when www is added.

I bought the EE on the 27th of march and installed all updates, so it is up to date.

Hi, the URLs were failing as they appeared to be pointing to an old testing / development site. I updated them to your current website’s URL and saved changes.
