I’ve had some registrations that the payment in full was made at the time of registration. I verified the payment was made in Stripe. However, the status of the registration remains as pending. It should show as approved. I have approved set as the default to Approved.
If you view the EE Transaction for one of those registrations (view the registration then click the ‘View Transaction’ button within that) you should see a payments section.
Does it show the Stripe payment there?
If so what does it have within the ‘Gateway response’ field?
Hmm ok, so the Transaction has a status of Complete?
Is there only a single payment within the transaction?
Do you have access to your server error logs? Most hosts provide a section that you can use to view any errors on your site, or if you use FTP (or similar) to access the site there is usually an error_log file that stores the errors.
Take a look and confirm if any errors were thrown around the same time as the payment.
Also go to:
Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System Information.
Search for ‘wp_memory’ and ‘memory_limit’, what values do you have for those?
