Our payment gateway is PayTrace, and i have confirmed the password.
The user can register, which goes thru fine and the email is sent. The issue is when payment info is sent. The page loops back, and payment status is still inactive. No error is produced.
I turned on WordPress debug and the only related error I see is the following:

Hi there,
It looks like the Event Espresso add-ons need to be updated. You can try temporarily deactivating them to see if that makes a difference. While it would not fix the issue you’re reporting, I’d add that it’s recommended to update to the latest version of WordPress as well.
