Hi,

I’m experiencing problems with the payment overview page and the next step to the payment gateway (quickpay).

The sub-total and total amount are somehow swapped in the table html-output on the payment overview page (url ending with: &regevent_action=post_multi_attendee). The gateway copies the subtotal-amount, but on succesful transaction it registers the correct total amount.

The problem occurs when adding several tickets of the same event to the cart. If I only add 1 ticket for each event it works as it should.

I’m in the process of updating a production site and I have a clone (with a clean install of EE and quickpay test gateway) running here: http://esrum.dk.linux82.wannafindserver.dk/arrangementsoversigt/
I’m running latest build of WordPress and EE, gateway is Quickpay.

I have no idea what’s going on here – any suggestions will be appreciated

Hi,

You have some modified templates, could you temporarily rename the wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates folder to force the plugin to use the default templates and test again.

If the prices are back in the right place then you will know it is a modification causing the issue.

Thanks for your suggestion. I already did that. I have now removed the customized templates completely. But the problem persists.

Thats really odd, is it possible to get site access, including FTP to take a closer look at this please?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Hi all,

It turns out that this is a bug in Event Espresso that needs to be fixed sooner than later. There is an open ticket and I’ll update the ticket with a link to this thread.

Thanks Josh, I was about to raise a ticket on it, havent seen this before.

Rune, there isnt a temporary fix for this yet, but your forum thread has been added to the ticket so as soon as we know of one we will let you know.

Thanks. Hopefully something will happen soon. In the meantime I’ll be doing some digging at the core. I’m under a bit of a deadline unfortunately 🙁
