Payment Overview on Thank you page: double listing

Hello,

I’ve taken a test ticket and successfully paid, and have landed on the ‘Thank you’ page. In the Payment Overview section, these is a double line (same paymet date / type / amount), the first version is set to ‘pending’ the second is set to ‘approved’. In EE>Transactions, there’s only one transaction (approved) for this registration.

I’ve enabled the WP Heartbeat API (via functions.php) and asked for this page (along with the other critical pages) to have no-cache rules (site is on WP Engine). This got rid of the previous problem whereby the thank you page was showing a persistent ‘loading transaction and payment information …’

Please could you tell me how to get rid of this double entry, and why do you think it might be there?

Hi Dee,

The first payment marked “Pending” may have been due to the caching problem. If you go to test another payment is there only one payment listed there?
