Payment Overview gives no payment option

Hi,

When I send an attendee an reminder that they didn’t pay until now, they get  an email with “View Your Payment Details”. When they click that they will go to “Payment Overview”. There they don’t get a link for finishing there payment. Am I missing something?

Hi Marco,

You can make the payment options appear on the payment page by going to Event Espresso>General Settings and under advanced settings look for “Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?” and set this option to Yes.
