When registering, we have a very long form to fill out. When you select to go to the payment options, the page is as long as the previous page, but you are all the way at the bottom of the page without realizing it. My registrants think the purchase/registration process is hanging, when in fact it’s just that they’re all the way at the bottom of the page and have to scroll back up to see the payment options. This just started happening since the most recent EE plugin update. You can replicate it here: https://nancymerkling.com/events/4th-fridays-submission/. After filling out the form and clicking the button, you’ll see what looks like a blank page, but in fact, you just have to scroll all the way up to see the content.
Hi Rio — Thanks for getting back to me. I no longer see the issue happening, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t working earlier. I tried it in 3 different browsers with the same results. You can close this ticket. Sorry for the false alarm.
If it’s possible to grab a quick screenshot/video of what happens it may help troubleshoot further.
