As you can see from this URL, the confirmation page that registrants see when they pay by check offers two places (why?) to click for payment options. I’m assuming that this gives people another chance to pay online, instead of via check, which would be a nice feature if it worked. Both buttons click through to an error message. Do you know how I would turn that feature on and eliminate one of the buttons? See below:
Hi Josh, Sorry I wasn’t clear. I’m wondering about the two Payment Option buttons that appear on the confirmation page AFTER the customer has already selected to pay by check. Here’s what those two buttons look like:
You can see one Payment Options button to the right of Transaction Status: Incomplete and another similarly worded button down slightly and to the right.
