Payment now not working at all

Dear Espresso,

We have had various reports of payments (to paypal) not working consistently. Now I don’t get the paypal button AND the price is shown as zero.

This is serriously affecting us as a small club relying on this for our booking management.

Hello,

Can you provide some more information please?

What site is this occurring on? Can you provide a link to an affected event?

Is it affecting all events or just some?

Have you updated WordPress, Theme, Plugins or Event Espresso recently?

There is a login for Espresso – Seth, I can send you the password if you give me your email.

We have the latest Espresso and WordPress, they were updayed a little while ago. I can’t, unfortunately, identify exactly when this became a problem. It seems to affect all events, including new ones I created just t test the problem.

Has anyone else reported this?

Hi Liz,

This may be an issue with the registration_page_display.php and registration_page.php templates in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates. Those are likely not compatible with the current version of Event Espresso. You could try re-naming the copy of registration_page.php in /uploads/espresso/templates to registratrion_page_old.php and see if that corrects the issue.

Also: please be sure that all of the Event Espresso add-ons are current. If you have an older version of an add-on active, it could also cause this. All of the current add-ons are listed on your account page.
