When I attempt to enter the settings sub-menu of “payment methods”, I receive this error:

Hi Heather,
We’ve received your request for priority support. I was able to remove line 22 of your site’s payment_settings.template.php file.
With regards to:
I’m receiving the error within WP that the EventEspresso thinks that my authorization code is used on multiple installations, although when I look in the EventEspresso website member panel, it doesn’t show any issues. EE is only installed on this website.
While the WP dashboard credentials you sent were valid, I’m afraid they were set to Subscriber access level, so we cannot troubleshoot the license key issue. I’ll go ahead and reset your key. If you require further help with this, please update the user account so it has Administrator access.
