Payment Methods page blank

We have a new installation of EE, and the Payment Method page is blank. Additionally there is not a spot to enter the license key on the General Settings / Your Organization tab.

Hi there,

Are you using WordPress multisite? If so, the key field will only show on the network’s main site.

With regards to the payment methods, is it completely blank or just no payment methods listed?
