Payment Methods "Invoice" is Missing

Hi,

I was searching through the forums, but didn’t see anyone else with this issue. I was trying to change the invoice logo, but when going to ‘Payment Methods’, there is no option for invoice. That option is gone and the only available option is ‘Paypal Express’. How can I get this option back? Site is http://fastexpo.net

Hi David,

What might get that back for you is you go to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset and you click the button that says “Reset Event Espresso Capabilities”. If that doesn’t help, someone from EE staff can go in and manually re-add the payment method capabilities if you can complete the secure form on this page.

I did that and it still does not show up. I am sending the details over now. None of my current events/forms/settings will be changed?

Sorry, was too quick to post back here. I’m not getting that error anymore, it’s just taking very long to load anything.

It took a long time to load anything for me when I logged in to your site and went to the WordPress dashboard. You can contact your host about that.
