When someone registers and then has to select the method of payment, the images are not working so it’s really hard to see what method to choose. I’ve loaded new images and uploaded them to each of the payment methods in the Payment section but they still don’t show up. Please look at this page to see what’s happening. Thanks. http://reloadleadershipsummit.com/registration-checkout/#checkout |

Follow up…I did an INSPECT ELEMENTS on the page and got these error messages for the images: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE https://reloadleadershipsummit.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Invoice-logo.png |

ON Safari..nothing is showing up – no images or texts just the radio buttons. Different error messages on Safari when inspecting the page: Failed to load resource: The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be “reloadleadershipsummit.com” which could put your confidential information at risk. |
Hi Jeff, If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Invoice. Look within the settings and find ‘Button URL’, is it HTTPS:// at the beginning? If you change it to HTTP:// and save does it stay as HTTP? |

Well, I changed the image for both PayPal and Invoice and they saved as http: but the Check logo kept switching back to https:// |
Hi there Jeff, Could you try these URLs please? PayPal: https://ee-screenshots.s3.amazonaws.com/2015/07/paypal-logo-original.png Invoice: https://ee-screenshots.s3.amazonaws.com/2015/07/invoice-logo.png Check: https://ee-screenshots.s3.amazonaws.com/2015/07/check-logo.png — |

Thanks Lorenzo!! Those worked. What was the problem? Anyway, glad it works. Thanks so much. |
Hi Jeff, We can’t say for sure, but it sounds like something uniquely configured on your webserver that doesn’t allow for reliably checking for https/http on URLs. |
