About a month ago we set up PayPal Commerce as our Payment Method. Every week or randomly we get a warning something like “Payment method deactivated because Event Espresso plugin was disabled” but we never disabled it and Event Espresso is still activated while our payment method has to be re-enabled manually so our customers can register for upcoming events again. Any idea what is causing this issue? Thank you.
I have seen this before but it doesn’t affect everyone.
If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings, right at the bottom you’ll see “UXIP Opt In?”, is that checked?
If so, uncheck that option and save.
Now see if th payment method stops deactivating randomly, if it does we have a fix currently under review for this.
