I want to deactivate stripe from event espresso and use a plugin called PayPal Gateway By Payment Plugins – PayPal
I don’t see a way to do that. The client has some critical events and we need to use that plugin in order to include PayPal Pay Later. This is on wilcoxhealingcenter.com. You can see how the payment gateway should look if you go to the store on her site. That’s exactly what I need for events.

You can use the paypal commerce, it is part of EE corce and it should be on your site dashboard.
you just need to go to your EE Dashboard -> Payment Method -> paypal Commerce

**note, you cannot use random plugin to checkout tickets from EE. payment method should be either created by EE or 3rd party plugin that specifically for EE.

I can’t de-select PP express once I selected it. PayPal eCommerce was already selected and working. How do I de-select PayPal Express?
How can I respond to an existing ticket about this same topic?

Can you add a screenshot showing what you see on the above page, please?
To disable a payment method you click on the payment method in the top section and then click on the ‘deactivate payment method’ button for that specific payment method.

Then at the bottom of the settings:
