Should a payment link be appearing directly on the invoice? I don’t see one there and do not see a way to add it, but the default text at the top of the invoice mentions it. If you can point me to that topic in the forum, that would be great. |

By default the Invoice does not include a link to pay, the Receipt does. You can add the same text/link in use on the Receipt by adding the Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates -> Invoice. If you can let me know where you want the link to show I can advise where in the template to add the above? |

There is a Payments section at the bottom, with an amount owed at the right margin. I think across from that, at the left margin, would be great. Thanks very much. |

I don’t think you have this feature now, but also great would be a QR code in the same area. I see you can put one on the ticket, but for someone with a printed invoice this might give him access for payment with his phone. |

Currently, we only use QR codes for scanning the ticket into the apps and it sounds like you are looking to include the payment link within a QR on the Invoice, is that correct? |

I did that, using the Create Custom link, thank you. I do think it would be a good idea to include the payment link within a QR on the Invoice. This would be for people who print their invoices and can find that more easily than an email (sometimes in the spam folder). Thanks again. |
Thanks for the explanation 🙂 With the way we currently generate the QR’s we can’t embed them into the PDF’s but I’ll add this is as a feature request for consideration in a future version. |
