We are having some users report issues with the paypal payment system. They are able to register but their status is listed as incomplete since they have not paid. I would like to know if the line on the transaction details page:
Last Method of Payment: Check
Indicates that the user selected “Check” as their payment method and not paypal.
Yes that would indicate that the user selected the ‘Check’ payment method.
Note that it is the last payment method selected, so if user selected PayPal, then returned to the site and selected Check, check would show.
Within your PayPal account do you see payments made by these users?
