Is there a way to get the forms of payment that are accepted prior to them getting to the end? I have a lot of abandoned registrations and I think it is because I don’t take cash. Would be nice to show the payment icons sooner.

Hi there,
Currently you can no display a list of activate payment methods within the registration form.
When you say abandoned registrations where do you see these?
Which registration and transaction status do they have?

In the console next to a registrant in the TXN Date field, it says “Abandoned”

Hmm, ok.
Are you still receiving payments through other registrations?
Would you not prefer to be able to follow up with these users and offer payment options?
The reason I ask is if the reason for the abandoned registrations is in fact due to you not offering a cash payment and you include those details within the registration form, you’ll have no way to gauge how many of your target market this is effecting and also no way to actually contact those users you suspect require cash payments… as they won’t provide any details and will just close the page.

That is a good point.. I have to balance customer experience with that. I did just add pay pal so we will see if that helps if cash is really the issue. Maybe they use pay pal and withdraw from their bank. It has to be a payment option because they wouldn’t spend all that time filling out the form only to abandon.

Do you have a test event I can run through a test registration on?
