Good day,
We are experiencing an issue when a registrant uses any of the registration pages and goes to Register Now…fills in the necessary information…then goes to “Proceed To Payment Options”…only the 3 radio buttons appear without any description or graphic for what those radio buttons (which are the 3 payment methods of check, invoice or paypal). I have looked at the settings for each of the payment methods and the graphic appears on those payment option pages.
Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated as a number of registrations will be happening shortly for the September event.

Hi Michael,
I checked the site and did a test registration, and here’s what I found:
Something in the Jetpack plugin is causing the payment icon images to not display. I can see the images are in the markup, and if I edit the source of the page to remove the srcset values that Jetpack adds to the image tags, then the payment icons display as expected. Here’s a screenshot that shows what happens when those are removed:

I can advise to contact Jetpack support and ask them if they have a fix for this. It will be helpful for them to understand the issue if you include the link to the above screenshot in your support ticket.
