Payment gateway error notifications in EE4?

Hi!

Is there a way to receive notifications in the event of a payment processing issue? We would like to know if there was an issue communicating with payment gateway and know if a transaction was declined.

We are using the Stripe gateway.

Hi there,

You can go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates and activate the Payment Failed message type for the Event Admin. You’ll set the email address in the To: field there to the email address you want those notifications to go to.
