hi guys,
This stopped recently, not sure why, only changes have been recent updates to plugins.
read through the blog, tried adding [RAW] did not make any difference. I’m working with WP 3.8.1 running Twenty Ten theme.
When I send out payment reminders, goes to wrong page.
All the links are green in general settings.

Hello,
I see that you mentioned that you recently updated some plugins. Is Event Espresso also up to date?
Also could you ensure that all of the Event Espresso pages with shortcodes are published?
What page is the link in the email sending your registrants/attendees to?

This system has been working fine, until recently.
We have had two issues that have come up.
One was the failure of php mail, so we switched to SMTP mail to send using gmail.
and now this problem.

Thanks for the link, I’ve run through a test registration using “test test.”
Please void this registration.
I’ve checked the links in the email and I can see that the ticket link and pdf link works but the payment details link does not.
Could you double check your shortcodes for Event Espresso? Which page has the following shortcode on it?
[ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS]

Hi Lorenzo,
its on the Thank-you page. But when you display that page, it includes all kinds of additional info and not the payments.
If you want me to send you the login info so that you check it let me know.

Hi Ray,
Please try deactivating Event Espresso and reactivating through WordPress Plugins. Then go to Settings –> Permalinks and re-save.
If that does not help, please do share a temporary login securely through the following link:
https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/
Be sure to answer “yes” to the last question, otherwise the submit button won’t appear.

Hi,
I deactivated Event Espresso main plugin.
I Reactivated.
I resaved the .htaccess
Did not change anything.
I removed all posts.
Get a different error now, but not working correctly.
Will send login info

Glad its working again.
The solution was to ensure that all of the Event Espresso pages were assigned through the WPadmin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings page.
The thank you page was not assigned to its WordPress page with the EE shortcode. Once this was adjusted, it started working again.
