Hi Antonio, Those message types are currently expected to be used for the online gateways, rather than applying manual declined payments. So currently if you apply a payment within the admin, that payment will trigger only the payment received message type and none of the others. I have issued a ticket for some feedback from our developers to check if sending the other payment messages is possible and will update this thread with any news. |

Hi, We are looking to add a modification in the next version for the messages that should hopefully improve this. |
Hi Dean, |

You can create custom versions of any of the templates already, then select those templates to be used for specific events. For example, if you go to Event Espresso -> Messages. Clicking the Create Custom button will create a custom version of that template you can edit and save – http://take.ms/gbZgz Then within you event editor, scroll to the bottom and you’ll see a ‘Notifications’ panel. Select your custom message template to be used for that event there – http://take.ms/b4TxI Then update the event to save. Or is it something else you are looking for?http://take.ms/gbZgz |

Hi there, They added some new message types to handle various payment statues. These are included in Event Espresso 4.6.15.p, along with some other fixes and enhancements. |
