So, I have been looking around the web for an hour now, and finally broke down and decided to post on the forum.

When an attendee registers and pays, they receive THREE emails:

One from authorize.net (receipt)
Two from Events espresso (registration / payment confirmation)

The Registration email:
Get’s delivered with the correct subject line, but the body of the email is blank.

The Confirmation email:
Gets delivered with the correct subject line, but the body is blank.

I am not using custom emails for these events, I am using the email per-defined in BASIC SETTINGS

I have Tried: (no luck)
-Changing the fancy headers on/off /off /on etc.
-USING the custom email functionality within the event

My Settings:
EE: 3.1.33.3P ( latest )
WP: 3.5.2 ( Latest )

Plugins Installed:

Events Espresso
attendee import
calendar
mailchimp
members addon
multievent registration
permissions
recurring events
social coupons
social media
ticketing

Disable Admin Bar
Job Manager
Members Import
Meteor Slides
Page-list
Register Plus Redux
Standout CSS3 Buttons

Hi Grant,

I’m sorry to hear about this. This isn’t a common thing where the email is blank. It could be a theme or plugin conflict, that’s where I would start troubleshooting. Can you temporarily switch to the twentyeleven theme and temporarily deactivate the non-ee plugins to rule this out?

You know what Josh, I think the problem lies in my email client. I am using HORDE, and when I said a mail() from php, the content of the email is blank from another site as well until you download the message titled “unnamed”. Weird…

That could be it then. A quick google search returned more than a few support threads dealing with how to fix issues with horde showing blank email pages. I’ll check with Sidney to see if knows anything about this.
