Hi there John,
Event Espresso 4 supports PayPal Pro & PayPal Standard. These services are different than Payflow Pro which is not currently supported.

Myself and another team member have shared in multiple support posts that Payflow Pro is not available for Event Espresso 3 or Event Espresso 4.
PayPal Standard and Payflow Pro are currently supported.

PayPal Payflow Pro is now available for Event Espresso 4 and is available to merchants (event organizers) in New Zealand, United States, Canada, and Australia.
