We can’t get our order confirmations and invoices to show our organizations information that we put into General Settings. It continues to show the default ‘123 Onna Road…’.
I have checked to see if there are any addresses in the Payment Methods area (as suggested in other forum posts). We don’t have anything in any of those fields.
The shortcode that parses the address first checks the Invoice Payment Method (Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Invoice) event if its not active the fields may have been set, so activate Invoice and check there.
If nothing is within those fields it will parse to the Organisation address settings (Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Organisation Settings)
I know you’ve said your confirmed this, but can yo double check the above two locations and check the address info is set correctly (nothing within Invoice and the Address is correct in Org Settings)
