Hello,
We have an events page with the future events which works as standard: https://cityandfinancial.com/climate-change-portfolio/
We then have a custom page, built by you (we purchased a support token), and that’s been working on this page: https://cityandfinancial.com/climate-change-portfolio-past-conferences/
It’s used this shortcode: [espresso_past_events category_slug=Climate]
After a recent update, it’s not working.
Can you let us know how we can fix this?
If required, we’re happy to purchase another support token.

Hi there,
There is a fatal error being thrown there so we need to know what the error is to fix it.
Can’t you check the server error logs and see if there is anything from Event Espresso listed there?
Or I’ll happily check the logs to see what the error is and we can go from there, to do that I’ll need FTP access which you can send the credentials over for using this form:

Thank you, so yeah I’m going to need to investigate this some.
Can I take a look at the code on the site? I’ll need FTP credentials to do so.
If not, if you can send me the above ee-past-events-shortcode plugin from the site I’ll see if I can reproduce locally.

Hi there,
We spend some time investigating this and believe we have found the cause which we’ve applied a patch for in EE4 and just pushed live (v4.10.22.p) can you update to that version and see if you get the same issue?
If you don’t see the above update go to Event Espresso -> General Settings, make no changes and jut hit save to force an update check.
The update should then show in Dashboard -> Plugins.
