Hi,
We run a number of courses and take bookings through event espresso. Our 6 week courses are password protected as participants have to have completed an introductory course first before they can book on a 6 week one. However, we offer several different 6 week courses and our service users are not able to see the full course details to choose which course they would like to take without us giving the password for each one. Is it possible to password protect at the booking stage rather than at the description stage of booking?
Thanks,
Fiona
May I ask, are your users required to log into the site or are the events publicly accessible? I’m guessing the latter but if you required users to log in then one option is to check for a previous registration on an intro event and if one isn’t found remove the ticket selector from the event page.
You’ll likely need some custom development whichever way you go with this as we don’t have anything similar built into Event Espresso at this time.
