May I ask are you capturing the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address for the Additional Attendees in a transaction? If you can post a link to the event page we can check.
The additional attendee information is being captured. When you look at a single transaction where there are multiple registrations, does each attendee have a unique name recorded?
The first 2 registrants in that example, is the same person so same name. So it’s not unique.
I’ve checked other group registrations, they seem to show up on the competitor list fine. I guess it just so happens to be this one, with the same name!
I’ve contacted the related party regarding this. They probably accidentally registered the same person twice, which caused this error of the names not showing up on the list.
If it just so happens to be correct, where it’s 2 of the same names. If I change one of the names slightly, would that get them on the attendee list?
No actually what you’ll need to do is click on the “Create Contact” button that’s shown on the second registration’s record. If you change one of the names slightly, it will change the name on both registrations for the contact.
