I have an event with two types of tickets, one for the participant where we have required fields, height, weight, age, category, etc. We also have spectator tickets that don’t require any additional information. Is there a way to have both types of tickets under the same event. Our current event is requiring all of the participant required fields. Since the Question Groups appear to be event specific would you recommend using Multiple Events? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Dan,
We don’t currently have support for separate questions for specific ticket types. This is something we plan to do in the future, but will require more work on the registration form system. I don’t have an estimated time of completion for that feature. You can vote for that feature on our Public Roadmap here.
As a workaround you can create separate events for each of the ticket types and add the custom questions to those events separately. Then you can use our shortcodes to list the event ticket selectors on a page to display it as one event.
