Hi there,

For 1 & 2 there currently isn’t an option to transfer registrations to other contacts or events. In order to do this you would need to cancel the original registrations and re-register the users using the correct details. You can do this within the admin using the ‘Add new registration’ button.

3. I am looking at a registrant’s transaction page and want to provide a partial refund. Is that possible? When I click “Apply Refund”, one field says “Amount (the amount of the payment.”) Would I enter the amount I want refunded here?

(Note that the default is to change the registration status to cancelled, for a partial refund I’m assuming you’ll want this to be set to ‘Leave the same’ so the registration stays as it is now)

4. If I am providing a full refund, I assume I just enter full amount of payment in field referred to in #3?

Yes.

Again take note on the registration status setting, it depends on what your intending to happen with the registration what this should be set to, but with a refund it will always default to ‘Cancelled’.

I am using Authorize.net for gateway.

Event Espresso will not issue the actual refund through your gateway, this would need to be done manually.
