I have several options for students to purchase admission to intensives throughout the year. On a few of them we offer the student the option to pay half upfront (time of registration) and the other half later. How do they go back to make the remaining payment? Do I have to “initiate” an email to each individual student, if so, I cannot find where to initiate these emails can you help? If not, where is this automatically generated and where can I adjust the settings?
Also, should the status of a partial payment automatically list them as “Pending” not “Complete”? – or is the status referring to the 1st half of the initial payment being complete? It’s confusing, However, I have a student that keeps calling because they want to make their remaining payment and I cannot figure out how to send them the proper link which will take them to their Stripe payment account info so they can pay in full.
I would need to see an example of an event (e.g. a link to an event page) to share feedback on why its not working as expected. It sounds like you may be using a two-ticket approach but I’d rather see your setup than guess so we avoid any confusion.
