Paid transaction but transaction status incomplete

Hi,

I have some transactions that have status Incomplete but when I check the payment it says that it is paid (see screenshot). Also when I check the payment in Mollie (payment provider) it says it is paid. The transactions with this issue happened on a day with hosting problems and here and there some downtime.

How can I solve this? And maybe there are also other transactions with this issue.

Hi there,

You can go to Event Espresso > Registrations and find the registrations attached to the “incomplete” transaction. If the Registration status isn’t set to Approved, you can check the boxes next to all of the affected registrations, then select “Approve and Notify Registrations” then click Apply.
