On Saturday, Nov. 9, bought a business Event Espresso as well as paying an extra $70.00 for support to set it up on my Word Press site. All of the documentation on how to do it is virtually impossible for me to understand, and I am fairly computer literate. I was hoping to be able to call someone to help me set this up, but apparently you don’t have a published number. I was hoping to get this up and running on my website, ASAP. I am actually frightened because I am in way over my head here, and apparently I am on my own, there is no way to get help.

After three days of looking, I think I finally found it and filled out a support token, I don’t want to try it again because I might have to pay another $70.00 just to find out if I filled out the right form. |

Hi Kathryn, I got your form submission. I will be helping you with the basic installation and configuration. Which add-ons would you like installed on your site? Also, which payment gateway will you be using? I will do the installation. Then I will set up a test event and run through a test registration. |

I will be using most of the add-ons that I bought with the business app. I am using paypal. I need to quick upgrade my premium account, to a business account, which should only take a few minutes. Thank you so much! |

I just contacted my webmaster, maybe only he has access to the administration screen. Only he has a full time job now and can only do this on nights and week-ends. This is so upsetting. Thanks for all your help. |

If you didn’t get my E mail, I don’t have any of those screens when I access my Word Press, I don’t have administration, plug ins, or add new. I am assuming that my webmaster has those when he logs in. I guess we will have to continue this tomorrow. |
