Is this another bug? Why did this payment come up Overpaid?
We received two payments tonight. The client called us because she received the payment and registration details for another person. But the payment details I get from Paypal say she also paid the fee.
In the backend, it shows that the client’s registration went through but the payment didn’t.
In Paypal, it shows that both payments were completed.
Both of these registrants registered at the same time.
So both clients, A and B, went through the registration process at the same time, both are sent off to Paypal, both make their Paypal payments, because you can see that in your account. You said that A got B’s payment confirmation email, did they also get their own confirmation email? And B got no email, right? And both A and B’s payments were applied to A’s transaction and no payment was applied to B’s transaction.
