We have 2 WP administrators set up but only my admin account has access to the Trash option for registrations. Can you advise what I need to adjust so that the other Admin user can also trash registrations?

Hi there,
You could try resetting the capabilities by clicking on the
Reset Event Espresso Capabilities button
which is on the Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset page.

Have just tried this and hasn’t helped. 2nd Admin still cannot trash a registration.

Currently, the link will only show for the account that the event is assigned to and I’ve created a ticket for us to investigate this further.
However what you can do in the meantime is use the bulk actions, select the registration using the ticket box, then select ‘Trash Registrations’ in the bulk options and click apply – http://take.ms/PdisA
