As you would be aware each event requires setup time and clean up time. My client would like to have a 2nd time range added to different calendar specifying room / venue availability. Is this possible with your plugin? I’m medium level php programmer, would it be easy for me to custom with custom fields?
There is a custom field feature we call ee_meta that let’s you add extra information for an event and display it in the registration page and event list templates.
To get this sort of information into a separate calendar, I think you’d need to create separate events for these.
The calendar will let you display extra information as a ‘short description’ in a tooltip, that might be an idea worth looking into.
