I’m running up against an issue for the first time. Normally we offer 2 different pricing levels for an event and want the lower one to display first, however, that isn’t happening with one particular event.

When we look at the list of events we have, https://eventsignup.org/event-registration/, take a look at the Paris Mountain Trails 12K. It shows a price of $61, however, we have a cheaper option of $15. In the past the cheaper price point would display on the event registration page, however, we are seeing the $61 price.

On the specific event page, it shows the lower price first in the dropdown.

How can we make this so the lower price appears at https://eventsignup.org/event-registration/?

Hi, could you try swapping the order of the pricing via the event editor and saving changes?

Thanks for the idea…tried that out, but no change or difference.

Hi Greg,

The solution I posted in your other thread to swap in the espresso_return_single_price() function should also fix the issue you’re seeing.

OK, so by doing what you suggested in the other thread, what it did was strip out the surcharge, not display the early bird price.

Hi Greg,

The espresso_return_single_price() will return the early bird price and calculate in the surcharge.

You might try looking at your event list again, because it is showing the total price (surcharge and early registration discount calculated in).

You’re right…this did fix our issue. Complete! Thank you!
