Hi,
When registration multiple attendees, they each get a confirmation email with thier registration details. I have added a link to the Order Confirmation PDF which they can download.
The problem I have is that the Order Confirmation shows all attendees. Can I update this to only show the specific attendee information who got the email so that when they click “Download PDF”, only a single attendee information is shows.
Basically, I need each attendee to be able to print/download some document that shows only their information to present at the event.

Hello,
That occurs as those registrations occur under a single transaction so the guests for that transaction are shown on the receipt.
There isn’t a way to break that transaction up any provide each guest with their own receipt unless you limit registration for the event to one registrant per transaction.
That is done by reducing the maximum number of ticket options to 1. It appears in the top right area of the event editor and looks like this:

Thanks for the reply. Can this be achieved using the ticketing add-on?
As mentioned basically, I need each attendee to be able to print/download some document that shows only their information to present at the event.

Yes it can.
If you request the ‘Personal Information’ question group for your additional registrants and they all provide a unique email address when registering then yes you can use the ticketing add-on as each user will receive a ticket. They can then print the ticket and bring it with them.
The above is the default behavior for the ticketing add-on once you activate the add-on it should just work.
