Dear EE Team,

We thank you warmly for such a great plugin. Unfortunately, we have an issue with Order Confirmation PDF. It shows many issues and we do not know how to change its information. Here is the PDF our customers received: http://docdro.id/aW4mL7l
Can you show us how to change it?

Hi there,

Just a quick note on ‘bumping’ your threads as above, we work through the forum posts based on last reply date meaning the above actually has the opposite effect than intended and puts your thread to the back of the queue.

Support are online Mon-Fri which is why you didn’t receive a response yesterday, we’ll generally respond within a couple of hours or less although the officially wait time is 24 hours, it’s rear it will be that long through the week.

Having said that, lets get you fixed up and running 🙂

Your order confirmation shows your message templates were creating using Event Espresso 4 Decaf so some of those links won’t work as is – https://monosnap.com/file/2ksEsYqrIYb0cvasiOI8HHScwXqtvx

To fix that go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Receipt.

It doesn’t look like you’ve edited the template at all, if so you can click the ‘Reset Templates’ button on that page to rebuild your template using the correct path – http://take.ms/71gAC

However, that’s not going to fix the PDF’s as it looks like allow_url_fopen has been disabled on your server, DOMPDF (which we use to generate the PDF’s) requires that option is enabled to function, can you contact your host and have them enable that setting on your site?

Thank you very much for your response.
Can we ask one more question?
When registrant registers for more than one ticket. Can the system automatically show the registrant more than one group of questions? For example, if registrant registers 2 tickets, can the system automatically show two personal information and two address information? or can the system have the plus button so registrants can click when they want to add one info of other registrants?
Because when our registrants register for more than one ticket, we can only see the info of the person who paid.
We can add one more text box and tell people to put info of the other registrant in manually, but it looks like unprofessional…

Sure you can.

You need to edit the event in question and select the question groups you want to ask for ‘Additional Registrants’, this section – http://take.ms/1CBvc

Select at least the ‘Personal Information’ question group for additional registrants but you can select whichever question groups you need, update the event and retest.
