Hi,

if someone order an event for more than one person, the following should be done:
(1) Admin should get an email with the information, who has registered.
(2) The primary registrant should get an overview of all person, he/she has subscribed to the event
(3) The primary registrant and each recipient should get an email with his/her own information and with the link to the order conformation with his/her own data.

(1) and (2) goes well, but (3) not.
The order confirmation contains only the data of the primary registrant and not of the other recipient and the total sum.
I want that each recipient gets his/her own order confirmation with his/her own date. I found the shortcode [recipent_url] which generate the total order confirmation.

It is possible, without programming :), that all recipient and the primary registrant their own order confirmation?

Best regards,
Daniela

Hi Daniela,

The order confirmation should contain registration information for all attendees, except unless the default template has been edited and the [ATTENDEE_LIST] *: section’s content was removed.

Can you share a link to an event on the site where we could test a multiple attendee registration and investigate further?
