Are you referring to the Order Confirmation receipt that’s available to download from the thank you page, or are you referring to the email that’s sent? If the latter, you can add the event admin’s email address into the CC field of the email template. So for example if you want CC the event admin on the Registration Approved email, you go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message templates, then click the edit link to edit the Registration Approved email for the Registrant. Then add the email address to the CC field and save.
Yes the Order Confirmation found under Receipt Template (Purchaser Recipient).
It only has the option to send to purchaser and we would like to have it as well.
The Order Confirmation receipt is not actually an email so it does not get sent. Instead, it’s a link on the Thank You page. The purchaser clicks the link and an html receipt is generated on the fly.
You can download the same Order Confirmation by going to Event Espresso > Transactions then find the transaction and click on the icon.
