Hi. I have an event that is active and open, and still open for registration. It’s not showing under Event Overview. Why is this? Regards |
|
If I select a filter such as ‘month’, sudddenly it shows more events. But when I select All Events, it only shows 3 events, even though there are more active events. |

September 16, 2013 at 12:46 am Hi Jennifer, It’s hard to say without seeing the dashboard. The events that appear when you change the month filter – have you checked their status? Are they public? |
|
Hi Dean. I have checked their status and they are public. How can I PM you a login? Regards |
Hi Jennifer, Please use https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ to send login details. |

Hi, The best I can answer currently is something isnt right. What’s concerning me is the Month filter dropdown. It is defaulting to a blank entry instead of the “Select a month/year” entry, and there should not be a blank entry at all. You have one event with no start date (all events need start and end dates) which might be causing the blank month issue. Please add a start date, you can access the event by selecting the ALL (Active / Inactive) option in the Filter Status dropdown menu. You also have one event where the registration date is past the event end date so it is open, but the event is in the past. Doubt that will affect things but worth mentioning. You also have at least one event (id 28) where the start date is after the end date. I think you need to go through the events and check every single registration and event dates to make sure they are all correct. This might be why we are seeing strange things happening. |

The event with no date hasn’t been scheduled yet. It’s an ‘ongoing’ event that will be scheduled when there is enough interest. I changed the date for the event in the past that was still open. Now I can’t see any events. They flash on the screen and then disappear. |

Sorry, my bad, I had a search criteria in there. |

No problem I used to do that all the time. Is everything resolved now or is there still something outstanding? |

September 18, 2013 at 10:09 pm It seems OK now, thanks Dean. |
