I have specific situations.
We want to solve the problem of entry fee to the tourist zone of the city (old town, which is UNESCO World Heritage Site) and only for organized groups of tourists coming by bus and have an official guide. The zone is open to other visitors as also an area where people live and work. (This is why we can not realize ticket sales to individual visitors). In the summer months, when and charged the visit, the large crowd in the streets. If every tourist from these organized groups showed a ticket would be a great jam. Is there a possibility to create only one ticket for a group of people? (one barcode on the ticket and the ticket is marked as valid for exactly specified number of persons)
Hi there Armin, I think you are referring to accepting or scanning tickets for individuals vs a group.
Here is how Event Espresso 3 handles this:
If a primary registrant purchases 5 tickets (i.e one person buying multiple tickets), then they would receive a ticket that could be scanned 5 times.
If this is a group registration and the contact information is different for the primary registrant and additional registrants, then each person would receive a ticket.
Thanks
